At Leatherman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new leather apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any sturdy packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
